The platform
A complete AI platform that runs where your data already lives.
Sovrinity replaces the cloud AI tools your teams reach for, without the exposure that comes with them.
01
Sovereign by architecture
Sovrinity installs into your environment and stays there. It runs in your data center, in your private cloud, or in an air-gapped enclave with no outbound route. Your prompts, your documents, your outputs, and the model weights are all inside your perimeter.
That distinction matters more than it sounds. Most “private” AI still sends your text to someone else’s inference endpoint and asks you to trust a data-handling policy. Sovrinity has no such endpoint to call. There is no external inference dependency to review, no egress to whitelist, and no third-party subprocessor to add to your vendor risk register.
- Deploys to your data center, private cloud, or an air-gapped enclave
- Zero external inference dependency — no model API is called from your network
- Kubernetes-native, on hardware you own or lease
02
Virtual workers, not chatbots
A chat window is a poor way to get real work done. It forgets, it has no role, and it can’t be held to a standard. Sovrinity replaces it with personas: AI workers defined by a role rather than a prompt.
A persona carries standing instructions about how its job is done, a specific set of tools it is permitted to use, and durable knowledge of its domain. You give it context once. A compliance reviewer persona knows which policies apply and what a finding has to contain. An integration engineer persona knows your interfaces and what breaks them. People talk to them like colleagues, because that is how they behave.
- Role-defined workers with standing instructions and scoped tools
- Durable domain knowledge — context is given once, not re-pasted
- Human-in-the-loop by design: a person stays accountable for the outcome
03
Automation in plain English
Most automation dies between the person who understands the work and the person who can write the script. Sovrinity removes that gap. You describe the process in a conversation, and the platform turns it into a repeatable automation.
Before anything runs, you see a dry run of exactly what it will do, and you approve it. Once it is running, every execution is logged and reviewable. When the process needs to change, you change it by talking to it — the people who own the work keep control of it.
- Describe a workflow in conversation; get a repeatable automation
- Dry-run and explicit approval before the first live execution
- Every run logged and reviewable; change it by talking to it
04
Replace the cloud AI stack
These are the capabilities teams currently rent from cloud AI vendors. All of it runs on your infrastructure, and none of it is billed per token.
Research and synthesis
Across your own repositories and the sources you choose, with claims bound to where they came from.
Document and data work
Long documents read, compared, extracted and summarized against your own definitions.
Tool creation
A persona can be given a new capability without waiting for a release cycle.
Multi-step execution
Work carried through to a reviewable result, not a suggestion to go do it yourself.
How a team uses it
- 01
Create a persona.
Define the role, the standing instructions, and the tools it may use. A credit analyst. A provider-data steward. A policy reviewer.
- 02
Describe the task.
In plain English, in a conversation — the way you would brief a new hire.
- 03
Review the plan.
The persona shows what it intends to do before it does it.
- 04
Approve.
A person decides. Nothing consequential runs unapproved.
- 05
It runs — and it is on the record.
Every step is logged, attributable, and reviewable afterwards.
Deployment footprint
Runs on your terms.
Kubernetes-native
On GPUs you own or lease, in your data center or private cloud.
Open-weight model agnostic
You choose the models, and you can change them without changing your strategy.
Air-gappable
Designed to run with no route to the internet, because for some teams that is the only acceptable configuration.
Patent pending.
